Volleyball Court Dimensions. The overall measurements for a Volleyball court is 60 feet by 30 feet. Each side of the court is therefore 30 feet by 30 feet in size. A center line is marked at the center of the court dividing it equally into 30 feet squares. The attack line is marked 10 feet on each side of the center line of the court.

Volleyball courts are regulated at 59’ (18 m) in length with a width of 29.5' (9 m). Attack lines dividing the front and back rows are marked 9’10” (3 m) parallel to the net. Free zones at a minimum of 9’10” (3 m) are required around the entirety of the court with generous clearances up to 16’5” (5 m) on the sides and 21’4” (6.5 m) in the back.

Court Dimensions. The game is played on a volleyball court 18 meters (59 feet) long and 9 meters (29.5 feet) wide, divided into two 9 m × 9 m halves by a one-meter (40-inch) wide net placed so that the top of the net is 2.43 meters (7 feet 11 5/8 inches) above the center of the court for men's competition, and 2.24 meters (7 feet 4 1/8 inches) for women's competition (these heights are varied for veterans and junior competitions).
